Qigong is derived from two Chinese words: Qi means "air" or "breathing," possibly used in the context of the connection of energy to matter and spirit, and Gong means a "method" to achieve results. Qigong breathing has been used along with different practices such as Tai chi, meditation, but can be used in everyday life, even during play. Some elderly people in China, for example, have turned to Qigong breathing while playing Chinese yo-yos, believing that this form of breathing has provided them with more energy and helped them live longer lives.

It may be hard to believe for some people, but since breathing is the most natural and primary basis of life, the claims of qigong breathing may prove to be true.

Do qigong breathing along with some form of exercise like contact juggling, or take a leaf out of the elderly and play chinese yoyos whille doing deep breathing exercises.
